2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are cash on delivery (COD) only. No online payments are accepted.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Exchange & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction, and while our products are non-refundable, we do offer exchanges and store credit under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges:

    • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds (Voucher Only):

    • Refunds are not provided in cash. Instead, a store voucher will be issued.
    • The voucher is valid for 3 Month from the date of issuance.
    • The voucher can be used for future purchases on our website.
    • Refunds are only applicable if the product is returned in good condition and meets our exchange criteria.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within Lebanon within an estimated timeframe of 5 days.
  • Delivery charges may vary depending on the location.
  • If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Product Availability & Descriptions

  • We strive to ensure product availability, but in rare cases, items may become unavailable after ordering. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Product descriptions and images are for reference only. Colors and sizes may slightly vary due to screen settings.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
